Personal Trainer in Newcastle, Gateshead & Durham

I understand that training and eating well is difficult, especially whilst juggling family life, a busy work schedule and social commitments. With my guidance you can expect huge differences to your body from small, achievable changes that fit around all of these things.

I will help you actively track your food and give you a personalised diet plan; you'll still be able to eat the foods you love, eat out with friends, and enjoy meals on the go. And to ensure you always have time for a workout, my training times are 6am-9pm everyday.

Hi, I'm Tom. I am an experienced, motivated and friendly trainer, offering personal training services across Newcastle Upon Tyne, Gateshead, Durham, North Shields, Tynemouth and Chester Le Street. I have experience training individuals and groups with a variety of personal targets.

I carry out personal training sessions from various gyms in Newcastle, Gateshead, and Durham. I also cover the whole of Tyne & Wear, and County Durham with my home personal training service.

Full Access To A Private Gym

Upon signing up to any of my packages at the Newcastle facility, you will be entitled to full access to a private personal training gym in Jesmond. This is brilliant for doing additional sessions in between our sessions, in your own time.
