Consultations are a great way for us to get to know each other. They are also a crucial step in the planning process for creating a programme just for you.

What to expect

During our consultation, we will discuss your goals, current health status, activity level, sleeping habits, diet and anything else that needs to be considered prior to training.

Consultations don’t usually involve physical activity unless agreed prior. However, it is advised to wear lose fitting workout clothing as some measurements and movement assessments might be undertaken.

Don’t be afraid to ask

The consultation is also an opportnity to ask any questions you may have. I’d recommend writing down any questions you would like answered during our consultation so you are completely satisfied prior to starting your sessions. Don't worry though, if you forget anything or have additional questions following the consultation, feel free to give me a ring or message.
