Personal training is delivered in packages of 1, 2, or 3 hourly sessions per week for a month, and all include:

A workout programme to follow in-between our sessions

I will teach you every exercise in the programme so that you are confident to follow it on your own. The programme will include visual illustrations of each exercise to prompt your memory so you never feel out of your depth.


Nutrition Plan

I will teach you an effective and flexible approach to dieting and will show you exactly how to monitor your macronutrient consumption. This will ensure you are on the right track to reaching your goals, whilst still eating foods you love. To assist you along the way, you will also be provided with a low calorie cook book. The cook book included tons of tasty recipes, to ensure your diet doesn’t consist boring and bland food.


7 days a week support

Whether you need support with training whilst you are away, have a BBQ coming up, or are going out for a meal, I can help you choose the best option, I am only a phone call or text away.


An online profile where information/videos/comments of your sessions will be uploaded

You will have access to a password protected profile on my website. It’s a great way to monitor progress, understand why we did certain exercises during a session, and to remind yourself of any additional information, such as relevant stretches or diet tips.

Before starting your training, we will sit down for a consultation where we can get to know one another, and discuss your goals, motivations and current lifestyle. I will then take some baseline measurements required to plan a personalised diet regime appropriate for your goals, and supply you with a recipe book.

We will then work through some basic exercises to identify any potential mobility or flexibility issues to be addressed throughout training. This process also allows me to plan a training programme designed specifically for your needs ensuring the fastest possible results.
