Unfortunately, there is no magic pill that will help us all lose weight. Until that's invented, we'll all have to stick with what's worked for the test of time - eating in moderation.
With that in mind, these 3 resources can really help with your weight loss journey.
1) Scales

Scales are a crucial tool in your weight loss journey. They allow you to have a clear monitoring process to understand what is and isn't working.
It’s up to you when you wish to weigh yourself. Many people like to do this once a week, this is great if you like to see big scale drops. However, unlike most people, I prefer weighing myself every day, as this keeps me motivated and allows me to have a better understanding of what I really weigh, rather than a snap shot. Losing weight is not a linear process, the scale will go up and down - that's perfectly normal! It varies on a number of factors, from how much you ate the night before to how much sleep you had - as long as the scales are going down overall then you are doing the right thing.
2) Food scales

If you want to get the best results from your diet, it's paramount you know exactly how much you are eating. Unfortunately, that involves weighing out your food - simply going off the suggested serving calories printed on the box is just not accurate enough. You'll be surprised just how little one serving of cereal actually is!
3) My fitness pal

This is by far the best resource to help you lose weight. All you need to do is work out how many calories you need to be eating to reach your goal, input that into My Fitness Pal, and then track everything you eat, ensuring you are within your calorie limit.
