Before starting your training, we will sit down for a consultation where we can get to know one another, and discuss your goals, motivations and current lifestyle. I will then take some measurements required to plan a personalised diet regime appropriate for your goals, and supply you with a recipe book.

Then we will work through some basic exercises to identify any potential mobility or flexibility issues to be addressed through out training. This process also allows me to plan a training programme designed specifally for your needs ensuring the fastest possible results obtained in a safe manner.

Upon signing up to any of my packages at the Newcastle facility, you will be entitled to full access to a private personal training gym in Jesmond. This is brilliant for doing additional sessions in between our sessions, in your own time.

I provide all my clients with a bespoke workout programme to follow if they wish to train by themselves in between our sessions. I will teach you every exercise in the programme so that you are confident to follow it on your own. The programme will include visual illustrations of each exercise to prompt your memory so you never feel out of your depth.
Calorie & Macronutrient Guidance
Calorie counting is an effective and flexible approach to dieting. I will show you exactly how to monitor your macronutrient consumption to ensure you are on the right track to reaching your goals, whilst still eating foods you love.
Low Calorie Recipes
Dieting doesn’t have to consist of eating boring and bland food every day. You’ll have access to a vast number of delicious low calorie recipes on my website.
An Online Profile
You will have access to a password protected profile on my website. It’s a great way to monitor progress, understand why we did certain exercises in a session, and to remind yourself of any additional information, such as stretches that would be advantageous.

Whether you need support with training whilst you are away, or you would like some help with your diet; I am only a phone call away.

My personal training prices vary depending on a number of factors. These include; where you wish to train, if you would like to workout by yourself or with friends, how many sessions you would like to do a week, ect. Because they vary so much, it is best to get in touch so I can give you an accurate break down of the pricing. Equally, if you wish to discuss this during a free trial session, I am more than happy to get you booked in.
