Newcastle Home Workout
You don’t have to be pounding the gym every day, or training for Newcastle’s Great North Run to stay active. Doing 15-20 minutes of exercise every day can have a huge impact on your health and wellbeing. Give this 15 minute full body workout a try!
Rules:
Do each exercise for 3 rounds before moving to the next exercise. 1 round = 30 seconds exercise + 10 seconds rest.

2. Burpees
3. Mountain climbers
4. Plank to press
5. Press up
6. V up
7. Leg raises
8. Squats
9. Reverse Lunge
10. Tricep dips
