I will teach you an effective and flexible approach to dieting and will show you exactly how to monitor your macronutrient consumption. This will ensure you are on the right track to reaching your goals, whilst still eating foods you love. To assist you along the way, you will also be provided with a low calorie cook book. The cook book included tons of tasty recipes, to ensure your diet doesn’t consist boring and bland food. |

You will have access to a password protected profile on my website. It’s a great way to monitor progress, understand why we did certain exercises during a session, and to remind yourself of any additional information, such as relevant stretches or diet tips. |
