WHAT TO EXPECT

Our first initial consultation is free and will be held at the place of training. From here we will get to know each other, assess which room we will train in, discuss your goals, take body measurements, and I will get you to perform a number of screening exercises. From there, a programme specifically with your goal in mind will be created. Nutritional guidance is also provided throughout, with the addition of a low calorie cookbook.

Dieting doesn’t have to consist of eating boring and bland food every day. You’ll have access to a vast number of delicious low calorie recipes on my website.

An online profile where information/videos/comments of your sessions will be uploaded

You will have access to a password protected profile on my website. It’s a great way to monitor progress, understand why we did certain exercises, and to remind yourself of any additional information, such as stretches that would be advantageous.
